Anxiety is a general sense of uneasiness that manifests itself from mild symptoms such as general
unrest to severe symptoms such as a panic attack. Anxiety is often a normal reaction to a stressful
situation. We all experience anxiety at some point in our lives. However, subtle symptoms can
quickly change into chronic persistent and debilitating symptoms filled with dread. It’s common for
people to give up and placate the anxiety when experiencing this cyclical feeling. However, the more
you placate your anxiety, the quicker it increases and persists.
